My experience at the hotel had its ups and downs. I enjoyed the spectacular views and the well-decorated rooms, but the service was lacking, which was a real letdown. The dining options were excellent, especially for breakfast, but I did face a few issues during my stay. Overall, it has potential, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
